If you need billing information, have a problem with your meter, have a question about water quality or conservation, please call us at 623-5051 during normal business hours (8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, except holidays) To begin or cancel water service, the person who is responsible for the account should call (530) 623-5051, or visit our office 48 hours before the change is to be made. You will need your current address and the new address you are moving to, a daytime telephone number, and the date you want the service to begin. There is a $30.00 new account establishment fee (security deposit) for any new customer to the district. This one time fee is refundable after one year if the account is current.
